TVRC - Classes for any dirt bike 10 Years or older

The 10th Annual Leroy Winters ISDT RR took place October 28th and 29th in Park Hills Missouri and was put on by the Missouri Mudders Club. The event was held at the St Joe State Park which has been a ridding area for sometime and is located about 70 miles south of St. Louis. Some of the areas are now closed to the public but were made available for this event.  The event was well organized and the course was well marked. The Missouri Mudders did an excellent job preparing for the event. About the only issue was the weather the day before the ride which included a good soaking rain making the course even more interesting. Classes are the same used by AHRMA for the cross country races and this event counts points for the national cross country championship if you are pursuing that title. Most of the riders are there just to enjoy the ride and take part in event that follows the ISDT format.  Approximately 150 riders entered this year including a number of past ISDT riders. We had 5 riders from Texas that I am aware of attend this year.  A number of well known riders attended some of them riding others just there to lend support to the event. Dick Mann laid out the Mx course, Jeff Smith rode his BSA, John Penton cheered the riders on just to mention a few of the better known riders that attended. It is a fun event with a little friendly competition and a chance to ride an ISDT (Enduro) event on a vintage friendly course. If you have the opportunity I would encourage everyone to go. Next years event will be held in Arkansas which only about half the distance as this years event.
