I have been a member of TVRC for the past 3-years. I rode my 1st year on an '81 CR450R, and did not have time over the past 2, with building and house and illnesses in the family. I had also been looking for an early model KX125 like I rode, back in my teens.

Well after 3-years and only finding 3-bikes, 1st one sold before I made a move, 2nd on untouchable price wise, and finally got the 3rd one this past weekend, which was probably the best of the 3. 1975, never raced, trail ridden by this guys mother 25-years ago, and stored that long with less than 10-hours trail riding time. After seeing pictures of it, drove up to Omaha, NE to pick up myself. The guy had his dad get it out, gas it up and it fired up on the 6th kick. No Dents, dings or scratches, pipe is flawless, dipples still on front tire, no paint wore off cases, seat perfect, etc. Missing the original front number plate.

I am looking for a NOS number plate and an after market pipe, (do not want to risk damage to the original while racing) Any suggestion and direction would be appreciated, of if you know of someone else in the club that could help. I am [planning on riding during the Sept. TVRC events.

Please either reply to this (my work address) : cnsc74@motorola.com or email me at bubbac@dhc.net
